"Ifran is the rare truly 24-hour plumber. My old shower handle broke off late on a Sunday night and I couldn't get the water to stop flowing. I called probably 5 other supposed 24-hour plumbers and none of them were available to come out that night. I did not want all that water to be wasted so I was desperate to have it fixed. Thank goodness Ifran was available to come by in less than an hour. He replaced the handle. There was a small leak from the showerhead over the next day, so Ifran came back 2 days later to fix it and we haven't had any problems with it since."

"Our irrigation system was broken and lawn was destroyed after this company fixed our main sewer line. We called them and they promised they would stop by the next morning but never showed up. NO CALLS NO EXPLANATIONS. Choose this place if you want NO Warranty. Can you explain why you promised could stop by but never did? And not picking up the phone call ever again? Who’s the liar here??? If you ever stopped by and tell us why you think irrigation system was not destroyed by your work, we would not leave 1 star review. We actually trusted you and gave you 5 star review. We worked with Ifran with a main sewer line project. His men destroyed our whole backyard lawn AND irrigation system while it’s not necessary. We didn’t complain, we spent another $1500 to fix the lawn. Worst of all, he promised us couple years of warranty. But when we call him, he promised he would stop by the next morning but he never showed up. We called many times, he stopped picking up the phone. Don’t trust him."

"Ifran (the owner) and team provided exceptional, professional service. There were a few hiccups with the scheduling process but he was communicative, honest, and accountable. All Pro replaced two 10-20 year old toilets and fixed two problematic faucets. One of the faucets were installed by contractors who failed to acknowledge and fix their installation mistakes. Ifran was kind enough to not charge me to fix someone else's mistake. Talk about a true professional. I've found my plumbing go to company for life!
