"I just came across them at the sportsman expo at cal expo and bought a small Gotcha Garlic. I went home a rubbed 2 tri tips with it, vacuum sealed, then froze them for a week. That weekend, I smoked them for a family gathering and everyone loved it. The flavor is amazing! I loved it so much that I found their website just to order a larger container and also try other spices. I also found out the spices are sold at Roseville Meat company near me so I will stop by to grab some too. You guys should consider selling on Amazon or even through Costco for large quantities. Your stuff would sell out."
"Used your Sweet Grillin Garlic and Gotcha Garlic rubs on country style ribs to grill. I then put them in a Dutch oven with your Chipotle Apple Brandy sauce in a 350 oven for an hour. Awesome!!! My wife couldn’t believe the flavor. Sorry, I forgot to post that we used the Gotcha Garlic on buttered French bread for garlic toast!"
"We have been buying their spices at the sportsman's expo for a few years, and I finally realized I could order them online!. When I ordered them online I selected that I would pick them up in Tracy (accidentally) which is about 1.5 hours away from me. I called the company and they told me that they would ship them to me for free because they would rather me be able to enjoy their product. We will forever be customers!"
