"I called on 12th of November to preorder 2 cooked rotisserie chickens for pickup on 18th of November. The man said they do not take orders, "just come by 11:30am on Saturday and there will be chickens ready. Take as many as you want." On Saturday, the 18th of November, while preparing for the thanksgiving dinner, I head to the shop at 11:30am and the worker says they didn't make any. When asked why they lied to us, they gave me attitude and dodged the question saying "We had too many turkey orders." When Muslim business owners get too comfortable knowing that we have no other halal options in the area, they give up on customer service and respect. I wish I could give them 0 stars."
"It's a great store for me to get some Lebanese bread and jute leaves. They seem to have all the spices we can't find in other stores. I love their fresh goat meat and lamb."
"Meat quality is good and fresh. But the store charges extra for paying with card. I could understand for a small mom and pop store, but its not nice for such a big store with lots of foot traffic."
"Rahma Market is clean, organized and the staff is very friendly, always providing fantastic service! They have a great Halal meat selection. I'm not sure why there are complaints on paying more for credit cards, most businesses have a cash discount or a surcharge, it's nothing new. Just pay cash if you don't want to pay the higher price it's that simple. Do you complain when your credit card company charges you to have the card? You have an option. Businesses have been hit hard with higher prices from their distributors and so the costs are either going to higher pricing overall with no cash discount at least they are offering you the same price if you pay cash. I have seen 10-20% increase in prices in other places, and yes food places. You probably didn't even notice because they didn't give you an option for a lower price. We should be supporting our local businesses! Remember we have access to this food because of them and they are doing their best to serve and employee people."
