"One of my favorite spots in the east bay. Ok so you walk through a grocery and tucked in the back is this little bar and about 4 tables serving amazing food. Standout dish weirdly enough is the okra. Fried onion appetizers is always a go to. Great neighborhood vibe, and the owner/ bartender has the nicest smile."

"The Indian restaurant in the back of Bottles is seriously the best!!! It’s crazy that not many people from India come here but rather frequent Vik’s Chaat. Maybe they haven’t heard of Bottles yet and hopefully run across my review. My friend said it taste like his grandma’s cooking. They are from India. I love the saag paneer, Rogan Josh, eggplant and butter chicken!!! Not too crazy about the okra. The naan is super buttery and delicious. Excited to try all their other dishes!!! When they bring them to the table, you can feel they are teeming with Life. Again, I don’t know why more people from India don’t frequent this restaurant and store. It is mainly enjoyed by heavy-set Americans who come to the bar to watch sports (sad puppy face). Help spread the word that this is the best Indian restaurant in the Bay Area and beyond!!!
