Attempting to get some questions I had answered, pick out a color went to counter, ask about wall that are new skim coated, wanted to know if the paint would cover small imperfections, show picture , didn't get answer , ask if it would be better to use lighter color or a darker nothing , asked about garage apoxy got we are out , I've always had good luck using Kelly more , but today was frustrating , with the price you pay I would have hoped for at least help with the sheen I did not get any answers , I would have thought I would get help from paint store"

"I am a neophyte when it comes to anything painting. Upon my entrance, Chris was quick to help. He guided me through best paint options, slowly explaining the benefits of the brand he suggested. He then walked me to the brushes, shared his opinion of which would be best and then grabbed all the miscellaneous items needed. Before scanning the paint, he shared the price ensuring it was comfortable for me. I was Highly impressed, and kindly appreciated his humble, helpful attitude. "Just went here for the first time. I walked in and the gentlemen with the beard didn't welcome me in or anything. I think his name was Tyler E. I was looking for an N95 mask. I asked him if they had any in and he just said "no" in a very unfriendly manner. Bad customer service."
