"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I hired them for a repair to my filter. Not only was the representative who came out RUDE and disrespectful, but they made me wait 2 weeks before they showed up, then showed up with the WRONG PART! Which led to waiting another two weeks. When I received the their bill they charged me more than double the cost for the replacement part needed! The part itself cost me $65.87 (least) and/or $75.00 (most) through Amazon or another vendor. They charged me $145.00. They are CRIMINALS! The only good thing I can say about them is that the technician they sent was a good guy who knew what he was doing. Other than that, they are the worst! DO NOT HIRE!!!! I'd give NO STARS if that was an option."
