"Ben Womack MD. Is horrible. Beside manner and attitude is not what a doctors attitude should be especially should be especially towards the intellectually challenged. This practice has lost its best doctor Jan Price! Would never return here ever again. My late father saw Womack. Got sad out of there and with another doctor ! Jan Price was Top flight. She has now left and is in private practice. This practice will never recover from her departure. If u ever go there do NOT let DR WOMACK treat you or your family member!"

"Dr. Theobald is fantastic! Very smart and kind. There is easy access to the building off 21st Ave and parking right at the door. Lab is located there, too. The most convenient physician location at VUMC."

"My wife and I both work for Vanderbilt University, and have been using the Hillsboro Medical group for a while now, and while most experiences there have been excellent, one has not. We went for a follow-up appointment and were seen by Dr. Alexa Perlick, who was not only insanely rude to both of us (but for some reason much more so to me), but also highly dismissive towards everything my wife told her. She barely read anything from the chart on the screen, made it clear she wasn’t listening to my wife by offering suggestions we had already said didn’t help in the past, immediately dismissed concerns my wife had relating to both conditions we went there for, and refused to fill out an FMLA sheet by saying she couldn’t do that, when every single other doctor we’ve seen was able to. I would still highly recommend coming here, but avoid Alexa Perlick at all costs. Five stars for the center as a whole, but zero for Perlick."

"DO NOT GO HERE. I went to see dr. cottrell for my yearly check up and told him I was traveling out of the country later that year and I wanted to make sure my vaccines were up to date. I got charged for a travel consultation!! For just one simple question I now have to pay them $210. I talked to billing and they told me there are things you can’t ask during your yearly check up. This place only cares about money and will charge you for whatever they can. I tried talking to the office manager but he was no help. Told me he’d call me back after he spoke to the doctor but I never got a call. Never going back here. Do yourself a favor, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else."

"I've really appreciated the medical care I've received, especially the residents. Drs. Jackson and Chirunomula have both been kind and attentive in their car. Administrative staff have always been nice in person, but I've had a lot of difficulty calling in. I've called and waited on hold for 5min, only for the system to hang up on me. Staff have not always been helpful over the phone either. Best to make appointments in person, and not make changes."
