"Cesar did a fantastic job on our carpets! He’s very professional on the phone, friendly and easy to have a conversation with. Our cat was having health issues which led her to pee on our carpets repeatedly. The smell was awful! We also had some small stains from baby spills and accidents on the floor. After Cesar left the smell was completely gone and the carpets looked brand new. He did the tops and fronts of the stairs and they look fantastic. Other carpet cleaners have charged more for only cleaning the top side of the stairs. GREAT service and a job well done. He will definitely be our carpet guy from here on out. (The photos have footprints because he took us around the house to show us everything he did.)"
