"Your customer service has no western union training. The lady argued with me yesterday saying I needed a 9 digit code when western union is 8 digit. I tried to tell her she's not on the right screen but she kept arguing with me despite the fact that I literally just got off the phone with western union customer service. I went to Fred Meyers and what do you know, it's an 8 digit code. Customer service is rude and terrible. I've had several issues with rude staff at this location over the last 5 years including one of your cart boys trying to fight me in the parking lot because he didn't approve of my covid mask. Will never go here again"
