Last year they did a house and roof cleaning, and that was a good experience also and I had no doubts about using them a second time. They have nailed it with both visits."
"Personnel very nice and got a professional estimate. Did ask if they pressure wash porches and was told everything that touched the house would be cleaned but that is not the case. My back patio is not clean and will have to do myself. The second floor of the home has missed areas and believe it is due to no ladder used during the process. Overall for what I paid and them having to come a second time was not impressed. I should have bought my own pressure washer and supplies and saved money with a better result. Definitely would recommend do it yourself for the value is not there."
"We had some bushes removed and there was a lot of dirt and green gunk left over from the bushes. Oakland power washing actually did a soft wash and washed the soffit and the gutters as well and a little of the front walk for a little less than another company's bid for regular power washing. The difference is incredible. They also walked around the house with us after it was done and explained anything they weren't able to clean (stuff that we didn't even notice until they pointed it out). Their estimates are free and everyone responded promptly and they even sent a text when they were on their way (very precise at 17 minutes out and 13 minutes out). We will definitely be calling them again when we need another washing!"
