"Omar came super fast the night of the emergency, when our garage was flooding and diagnosed our problem within 5 minutes. He was back early the next morning and went straight to work and fixed it all up in just a few hours, and even noticed some other drainage issues he fixed day of! Amazing communication and service, I would highly recommend using CR&P, and if you get Omar on your call, count yourself lucky!"
"Winston was terrific! One of the nicest service professionals I’ve ever met and had better advice than 3 other plumbers that came to solve a plugged drain issue. His diagnosis was ultimately correct when our pipe was opened. Another 2 companies recommended a full pipe replacement. Chosen was able to clear it without doing that. It’s wild how much another company wanted to charge me (4x more at Discount Plumbing)!"

"Amazing experience. I’m a first time home buyer and was nervous about the first plumber call. I set an appointment with Chosen Rooter & Plumbing. The employee Bianca was really sweet! They were flexible when I had a last minute work appointment and easily moved the time for me. Mo came to my house and was beyond friendly and professional. All around great service! Mo finished the job quickly and provided insight to the issue. The cost was very good especially when you add the great workmanship from Mo and friendly interaction from Bianca. Definitely recommend!!! I’ll be calling Mo for other plumbing projects on the books."
