"EDIT: from 3 to 5 stars! They’ve fixed their issues from their soft opening and serve up delicious food with minimal wait :) Excellent take on zhajiangmian. Minus two stars for subpar service and an inability to recognize the impact of the mistake on the food’s quality. I ordered a “jja jjang myun” to go. I received a ticket for my number and stood aside to wait. 3 minutes later, a bag that looked like my order was placed on the counter for pickup. My number wasn’t called, but I checked with the cashier anyway. She said to wait another 10 minutes for my order to come out. I waited 20 minutes, heard my number called and was given the bag that had been on the counter for 20 minutes. I stated that my noodle dish had been sitting for 20 minutes there and asked if they could heat it up or mix up the noodles so that wouldn’t turn into a brick when I try to eat it at home. They flat out refused and I left, having already wasted enough time there. The taste of the sauce on the noodles is what saves this review. The noodles had dried and cooled enough that they were basically stuck together like a brick. I had to use two forks to pull them apart and used the sauce to help lubricate the noodles apart from each other. Bottom line, if they realized the impact of just leaving noodles sitting around and then not offering to recook or heat them up, I can’t fully enjoy their dish. As this is their soft opening, I’m sure the kinks will work themselves out. But I just wanted to share my experience."

"better jajangmyeon and tangsuyuk than ive had in other fast type places. other tangsuyuk comes flavorless and not crunchy. the one here is crunchy, full of flavor and the sauce is perfect. the jajangmyeon is well seasoned not plain as I've had in other grocery store food courts."

"I had a Jjajangmyeon, Tangsuyuk and had a bite of my sister's White Jjamppong. Everything was good and tasty!! I was pleased how Tangsuyuk came Crunchy and not soggy + oily at all like other restaurants I've tried, always disappointed me plus tasted old oil but this one was so perfectly crunchy!!! Have to go back for regular jjamppong and other stuff!! Great value for the price! I need to go back asap ! :)"

"This place was very disappointing. Reasons for Disappointments: 1) The Service: The worker's service was at a bare minimal. I could not hear what they were saying and they basically gave off "I don't care" attitude. I've worked in retail and direct customer service before, so I understand that workers can have off days. But I believe they need to maintain some professionalism. 2) Food: The food was sad. I ordered two jjajangmyeon and one tangsuyuk. Jjajangmyeon sauce was really salty, which is not ideal. Tangsuyuk was a let down because the sauce was completely watery when it should've been thicker. Overall, it seemed like they didn't put that much effort. This was really upsetting since I paid money and expected a good service. I would've given 1 star but the noodles and pork itself was good. So I gave 2 stars. Perhaps this place is satisfactory for people who don't know jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk well. But for someone who had it growing up, I cannot recommend this place at all."
