"My dog was physically grabbed up while trying to get out the door and taken to the back. I would be called when they were finished .... I had to leave. Needless to say, I cried all the way home. This was at 8 a.m. the call didn't come until after 2 p.m. He was in a cage with no water for hours. I will NEVER take my pup back to Dewberry. The wonderful reviews ???? I have to wonder if they are actually real!!! I only clicked on 1 star because the site wouldn't allow me to post without at least one star!!"

"The ladies at Dewberry Prt Spa were wonderful to fit in my yorkie for his first visit. We had just moved to the area and he was looking VERY shaggy and was matted in places because of his unapproved spontaneous trek through the woods. He loved the care he received and so did I so, he’s now on a 6 week rotation."
