"One of my friend referred B and B Marble to me. Their service is very professorial and also they put the customers at the first place. We had a complete remodeling of our house. All the counter tops, including kitchen, vanity and some other cabinet needed to be remade. Xiaoqing sent her crews to carefully measure the size needed and tried her best to cut down the area of quartz that might be wasted. She even gave two set of plans and let us choose the best one. We were in a hurry to finish the remodeling (who doesn't?), and she was able to squeeze a time for her crews to come to my home and finish the installation in time. There are two amazing details: 1. when they were about to transport the marble for the waterfall island in the kitchen, one of the stones were broken by accident. She immediately find another quartz with almost exactly the same pattern for us without delaying the remodeling. 2. right after the day I paid Xiaoqing for the Quartz, trade war between China and US started. And all the material from China had a huge bump on the price, including the one I bought. Xiaoqing actually hadn't bought the quartz yet, but she still honored the original price! The overall experience is very smooth. We are very satisfied the result!"

"I had horrible experience with this company NEW OWNER! XIAOQING!Because of the unprofessional employee inability to complete the job cutting 6mm porcelain materials which they sell to me, treating customers without respect cancel appointment in last minutes without explanation, play time game cheating me need extra weeks to get new replace material, I can’t waste my time endless. I need return all the porcelain, they refused and added charge extra fee what ever they want. Also, push customer spent tons of my time on CSLB Contractor state licensing board ,lawyer on this case. Their #1000619! Keep away from them!!"
