"I shopped around and found them to offer the best price and delivery, and very happy with one of their installers we selected. I recommend them and would buy from them again."
"Do not do business with this firm. Basically stole my deposit on an order that they could not fulfill. After informing me that they could not find a single dye lot for my order (30 minutes after my order was placed and they had collected my deposit) they offered an alternative finish which we did not like. Based upon their communication and an unsatisfactory alternative, I decided to purchase hardwood flooring elsewhere and cancel my order. Within 30 minutes of cancelling Ben the manager called and informed my that he had miraculously found my wood elsewhere. When I informed him that I had acted on their prior communication (not being able to fulfill my order with a single dye lot) and purchased wood elsewhere - he basically said too bad. I can fulfill it now so I'm keeping your deposit. Literally stealing. Horrible company with horrible ethics. Do not do business with this firm!"
