"They did not give a written estimate and final pricing was not what was discussed. Even worse they tried to charge me $185/hr driving time. Absurd and never disclosed. Since we are both in Orange County, still wondering where they were that took near an hour. It’s just a creative way to pad their bill. Be careful."

"Called this company to get a quote on 2 shower doors. One bathroom finished and ready to order other bathroom not started but thought I could at least get the quote. I called and they said the scheduling person would call me the next day. They never called me back. When I called them again 3 days later they said their “scheduling person” would call. So you have to wait for that. I scheduled a 2 hr window for the estimate only to find out 20 min after the time window that they canceled my estimate because the person they wanted to send out wasn’t available. Super annoying as I’ve been waiting around for 2 hours and 20 min. I do not recommend."
