"I bought a Weber BBQ today from Ace Hardware (Tustin/Santa Clara) and one of the pieces did not have a proper hole drilled to complete the assembly. I called 15 min before store was closing and they said I can bring all the pieces back and they will swap out with the floor model already assembled. We arrived just as they were closing and the Ace team (who literally treat you like a family member) were waiting for us at the door and helped us unload and load in minutes. This is why we love love Ace Hardware and the caring people who work there, this was not the first time they exceeded our expectations!!! Thank you Ace Hardware, we were able to bbq the same night as we had planned, you guys are all super stars."
