"Very disappointed. Wanted to give the smaller guy a shot but this is not the place to go. Called ahead, had the order lined up they said they had everything in stock and it wouldn't take more than an hour to load everything up. They insisted that I pay in cash (couple thousand dollars) because I was a new customer. When I got there, had to wait three hours, and after the wait they informed me they didn't have some of the items in stock even when I had called ahead to verify, and they wanted me to wait longer for the truck to bring it in. When I suggested that they deliver the missing items at their convenience when they got it in, they refused. Further, when they loaded up my trailer, a few of the boards were in very bad shape and I asked them to exchange them but they said it would be a 25% restocking fee. What? They were literally loading bad stock on my truck. They said that yes, my request was reasonable, but they wouldn't do it. Prices were decent, but not worth the frustration, bad service, and questionable quality."
