"Called needing wire wheel brushes for an older Makita. First guy I talked to said they had what I needed then passed me on to someone else. He misunderstood what I needed and unbeknownst to me guy that took my order thought I needed motor brushes for the grinder. I paid $18.50 for shipping something that weighed about 4oz that I did not need. When I called (twice)and tried to straighten it out they kind of blew me off and told me I got what I asked for, then told me they did not carry what I wanted in the first place. If they would have just refunded me the shipping I would have been Ok with the transaction. So after writing my initial review they saw it and responded. It was a comedy of errors and bad communication on both ends but they said I would get a full refund and are making good. Thank you guys happy to change from 1 to 5 stars."
