"I am so disappointed. the first time I came to this shop I looked at there hours drive over and they were closed total waste of time.. Today I called at 3 asked if they would be open till 430 their posted hours she stated no they close early I asked 4 ?? no she said earlier then that so I asked it will take me 20 minutes to get there will you be there. yes yes 20 minutes no problem. from the time I hung up to the time I was at their door was 21 minutes nothing nobody dark I live all the way up Rincon mountain I am so disappointed and upset to waste my time like that never again"

"Local company gone rude and apparently not in need of more business. I was recommended to this place from a contractor and a very nice consultant came out to talk over my front door needs for a more robust glass. He left stating they would contact me with a few options. Then… crickets. Have called the British lady 4 times since and got promises of calls back the next day. Again, crickets. After 4 calls spanning multiple months, not a single courtesy call back! She couldn’t seem to find my records at one point. I just walked into the store and inquired why I was not worthy of a respectful return call. They “were not able to” help me. The job wouldn’t be super basic, but also not rocket science! Truly disappointed to have wasted my time with Carpinteria Glass, and more bothered by the lack of basic decency to return calls to polite, happy, and eager clients. No more happy here!!!"

"Phil and Cecilia are friendly and customer-service oriented. We got one side of our condo retrofitted last summer when our newborn's bedroom was heating up to over 80 degrees. Cecilia regularly checked in with me on the progress, and when our son's window arrived before the others, she offered to have that window installed first because of the heat. So considerate! The windows were all installed quickly, with caulking all around, and they painted over the caulking as well so the job looked real sharp. They did such a good job I'm going back this summer for the other side of our condo!"

"Despite having made arrangements to have a sliding glass door (my tenant) fitted for rollers; no one has gotten back to me or followed through with the repair. Since I have provided my address and two phone numbers; I am wary of this shop's credibility and professionalism."
