"I would like to share my recent experience. I live in Memphis but was in the Jackson area and stopped in last week to see if they could put some new tires on my 2018 Ultra Limited. Josh in the service department got me in and was friendly and great to work with. He took me over to the parts department to select some tires where I met Jasmine who was equally great to work with. While standing at the parts counter I commented on a picture of a Pan America. I really like the bike but felt that I was not tall enough to ride it (I'm 5'7"). A few minutes later Josh has me set up with Morgan to test ride one while I'm waiting on the service for my bike. Morgan was also a pleasure to deal with and the Pan America was so easy to ride. I expected it to feel big, clunky and top heavy but it just wasn't. Wow. I loved it. When I got back Jasmine and I talked about slip on exhaust and seats. Good customer service deserves a good review. They installed my new tires and gave me great customer service. I was not in a position to buy the Pan America or the other accessories but there was no undue sales pressure to do so. When I am ready, I'll go see them. I appreciate it and will go back to them. Thank you."
