"Something happened to this place in the last year and it is truly unfortunate. Lumber prices are insane but that is largely out of their control. However, $50 to rip 6 2x6s into 1x6s is completely ridiculous. I had over 100 pieces milled from 2x6 to 1x6 by them in December of 2020, and was charged $10. Luckily I was fed up and left because I was able to find the same materials for a quarter of the price I was going to end up paying after unreasonable fees. I was helped by someone who has never helped me before and I’ve mostly had good experiences in the past although the price and service you receive are totally dependent on who is at the counter helping you, which is very frustrating. This latest experience however was enough to lose me as a customer. Waste of time and very expensive gas."
