A&G lash lounge

"Worse service ever ! She uses the thinnest lashes in history . I can't even see the lashes at all. Then she act's delusional. I went here about 4 months ago and she offered 17, 18 length and this time she said her business never offered it . Then proceeded to give me 15 very thin lash . Lulu acts like she hates her job and is very rude . I told her that i wanted the lashes evenly spaced and she act like i was asking for additional volume . No ! i was asking them to look consistent throughout . She told me i was cheap . I make 6 figures , try again!!!! Literally would have tipped and came back if she had common courtesy and was nice . last time i went she used a thicker lash but it was not consistent throughout . Don't go here total waste of time . And the shop smells like an old watery towel has been simmering in the back somewhere . Literally worst place in la to get lashes done ."

"I went to this place bk in November 2021 around my birthday, I got the classic I was very unhappy. They were SUPER THIN, I had to apply mascara so they would show.! Than a few lashes started falling out. NOT HAPPY:/"

"It was my first time here and the Lash Tech help me choose the perfect lash for me. She was quick about an hour and a half or less and these lashes lasted me about a month. I only retouched 3 weeks in and they were still intact. I liked how the lashes looked and so did my husband oh, the photo was of me and my husband attending a birthday party at the perch in Los Angeles. A rooftop restaurant. My husband and I had a good time and he treated me like a queen as always, and I felt like a queen with these lashes. Thank you so much lash Lounge Cerritos for your help in making me look beautiful on this special day. The prices weren't too bad either. If you want quality and lashes that will last a long time you need to either choose getting your nails or feet done or eyelashes easy as that. Also I wanted to add that for the first time out of all of the places I've been to get my lashes done, this place made me feel as if I was a princess laying down listening to the sounds of her music which made me enter another Realm and fell into a meditative state. When I was completely in my zone thinking about my life as she was applying my lashes, I nearly teared up thinking of how blessed I was... Thankfully I didn't tear up all the way for she might have thought I was crazy. All in all this place was a relaxing spot to have a mental relaxation and self-care routine."

"Lulu was incredibly flaky & unprofessional. Attempted to schedule some appointments through txt at 11:34am… she said “let me check”, no response for almost 5 hours??? I called 2 times & sent a final txt… Then when she finally decided to communicate her availability, she never sent me any confirmation or gave me peace of mind that I was all set for my appointment(s) in 8 days. I refuse to let someone so inconsiderate take my time & money. I’ll happily take my service to someone else."

"I bought a Groupon full set lashes service voucher . When I tried to make an appointment, they ask how much I paid ( as if the price determines the service and priority —-well it does ). They claimed not to have openings for appointments for more than 14 days in the future at any location even tho I was available all days, anytime. I tried to still reach back and got NO answer, simply ignored. Really, I would not go to such a place even for free. So unprofessional."
