"I would not recommend them to do your taxes. My husband and I own two small business and both work full time. Our taxes are not complicated, I just would rather a tax professional to do my taxes, just to be safe. I'm extremely organized and everything I brought to them was in order or listed in a very easy to read spreadsheet. I met with the tax preparer and explained our particular situation. Even with my thorough and thoughtful detail, I had to bring back my returns 3 times. The first time they messed up a social security tax. The second time they forgot to add my husbands business to the return, the third time they put all of my husbands business expenses under my business and none under his, and after the fourth time it was finally correct. It was a big hassle and I would not recommend."
"If you're looking for a reliable tax service, please look elsewhere! I ended up owing the IRS a late penalty due to the negligence of the tax advisor Riley. This was my first time doing business with this company and I regret it. I told Riley that I would not be doing business with the company again, and she says "That's fine and that's completely on you." She did not apologize or try to ease the situation, basically blaming it on my bank. So save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!!!"
