"Western Tool has a take or leave it brand of customer service. I order inserts from them and then they send three invoices. It also takes a long time to receive the order and there are triple shipping charges. I probably understand the shipping fees (maybe) as everything I get is drop shipped, but if I place ONE order and provide ONE PO, why in the hell do I receive three invoices? This requires our business to provide TWO more POs. I have complained about this for years. Like I said it is "take it or leave it" when it comes to trying to be happy with this vendor."
"Donna is a very knowledgeable and helpful rep, In fact she may be the one in charge or she certainly should be if she is not. She went out of her way several times over to make sure my tooling needs were taken care of sufficiently. She has old school experience too! She grew up in a machine shop. Western tool either has, or will order whatever you need to get your job done. They deal in quality tools at great prices with excellent customer service. If you call the San Jose location, ask for Leah. She is such a pleasure to deal with we specifically ask for her when we phone in."
