"Kathleena is a gem! I hired her for hair and makeup on my wedding day and was so happy to find someone who was so intuitive, skilled, and committed to using non-toxic products. I felt exactly how I wanted to feel on my special day -- confident, beautiful, and just a slightly "elevated" version of myself. Kathleena has a gifted eye for highlighting natural beauty; I never felt like my hair or makeup was hiding the real me. While preparing for my wedding, I had a few cuts and one deep conditioning with Kathleena. For my fellow introverts, you'll be happy know that Kathleena is largely silent while cutting/styling hair, as she gets into a "zone" and is fully focused on her work. While she's a delight to talk to geneally, I am grateful for a quieter hair-cutting experience -- as a highly sensitive person, I've often felt overstimulated by past salon experiencesm which tended to include lots of music and talking (sadly often in the form of gossiping or complaining). Her salon is beautiful and her products are all very natural, meaning no noxious fumes! I am happy to have found such a wonderful stylist (and human!) and look returning to Kathleena for hair and makeup services in the years to come."
