"I found the staff a little apathetic, although I only dealt with one person. I think the pricing is descent, although be aware that they are charging a 16% surcharge on top of everything. This will essentially negate any type of contractor pricing that you get. I probably would have tried to sway customers somewhere else had this been known prior to a design choice being made. It also is not disclosed when you are quoted. I only caught it because the pricing was different than my quote (unfortunate business strategy). No one likes that type of surprise.. The product looks nice though... solid 3 stars."
