"I will recommend this store but in the Millbrae location (near by SF airport) their design consultation services are much better and overall knowledge as well! I went on a Sunday to this store near by Concord, employees were not willing to help.. they asked us generalist question and basically let it to us to make the decisions about what type, material, texture.. “it can be anything you like!” I ended up purchasing the wrong product, which I learned later at the Millbrae location. The inspiration and showroom area is gorgeous as the others location as well."
"My 71 year old grandmother spent over $3,000 on tile at this store and had to return to get two boxes to complete the project she has been working on after her bathroom flooded. The title varied in color so she tried to look inside the boxes to figure out what would match what she put up already. When she opened the boxes she got harassed by multiple employees. They called a manager who said it would be alright as long as she purchased the boxes and then sorted in the parking lot. So she did that. When she came back in the employees (not the manager) told her again that she wasn’t allowed to look inside and if she wants to pick and choose they won’t do that game with her. They refused to pull down more boxes for her and called the manager again. She had to argue by herself for an hour just to get two boxes to finish her project. Especially upset that as soon as our male contractor called on her behalf they were suddenly very understanding and told him that wouldn’t happen. Wonder why they treated a little old lady and a man differently. Never returning and I suggest others don’t."
"Went in there got a bunch of help from the staff! They were really nice and helpful. Definitely won’t be going to Home Depot for my flooring and tile needs! James, Cheryl, and Dustin were all very helpful and considerate. Definitely recommend this place!"
"We went to this location to pick out backsplash. The staff was incredibly helpful making sure we had every item we needed for install and even gave us design advice. Can’t recommend them enough!"
