We bought my 20th anniversary ring here, they've repaired my engagement ring, untangled a necklace I had made a mess of, fixed watches -- you name it. Every time I come in, they check my rings to make sure the stones are tight, and then clean them so they absolutely sparkle. Give them a try -- I don't think you'll be disappointed."

"I rarely write reviews, but I'm a sucker for customer service and wanted to share my story: I randomly waltzed into Village Jewelers in hopes of them doing a last minute standard wedding ring cleaning. I was greeted by the most exceptional service. After assessing my rings (and a nice chat), the jeweler Mr. Dobbins (a 30-year veteran of the company) assessed my rings and offered me additional options in platinum/diamond ring cleaning. Needless to say, when I picked them up, I was literally shocked at how stunning they were. I didn't even want to touch them! Thank you Village Jewelers for your expertise and wonderful service!
