"Chris does not put a priority on customer service. I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment with him yesterday. He was going to call me when on the way. I called him early to see if still coming. I sent him a total of 5 texts for confirmation, made 3 calls to his phone number and got the recording that a message could not be left because mailbox full. So there was no communication from him all day. He did call this morning but really didn't know who he was talking to. When I mentioned our 10:00 appointment he asked who this was. He then went on to say that he wasn't working there any longer and was too busy and had personal problems as well. He had no concerns about my needs and we left it there."
