"I had to request help when my garbage disposal malfunction caused a leak in my kitchen, destroying my wood floors. I was referred to ServePro by my insurance. I was connected to a Rep, Paige LeBlanc, who just took me under her wing and got things rolling. In no time, technicians were at my home with fans and dehumidifiers to start the remediation process and help stop further damage. Paige personally came to my home to help ensure things were going well. She made sure I understood what would take place and who my contacts were. It was very impressive to have her there personally to ensure things went well. I cannot tell you how impressive this was! It went way beyond just getting info and getting support over the phone. I had 4 employees in my home taking care of my calamity and they did so with professionalism and compassion! This was outstanding customer service !"

"We called Servpro to do the restoration from a water leak in our laundry room. We just had new water lines input under our house and serpro workers cut thru that waterline. We had to have it repaired. Very unhappy with the work and customer service ."

"The only saving grace was Daniel Mccurdy. He was very responsive and helpful, however we were not happy at all with the end product. We had a leak from our ac in the attic that went from my daughters closet downstairs to a part of the living room. The initial contact with the guys who came out when we found it was great and our initial contact with Daniel was great. However, when the work started we were told it would be a 2-3 day process and it went longer, which wasn’t a huge deal. We were told by the people who were contracted to do the work that they were done after the 2nd day and we came home yo things not being complete and shorty work. They sent them back out to finish and still things were not great. We had to dust and clean every single day as well as point out things that were not done. Our fan was broken and while serve pro did cover it, we were told every day that it had been fixed when it obviously had not. Part of the deal was that they put everything back, which they did not. I’m glad they did, because in moving my daughters bed back I found that they had broken one of the legs and tried to cover it up. I ended up having to fix it but ultimately we will have to end up getting a new bed. One door on the closet was replaced and the handle was installed in a different location than the other door which isn’t a huge deal, but looks weird. They didn’t paint water damage around the broken fan even after multiple times telling them they didn’t do it. There was paint on furniture that we had to clean, ceiling paint on walls that was left. I ended up just getting fed up with everything and since most of the painting I can just touch up myself I told them to send me the completion letter and I would just do things myself so we could get our house back. Daniel mccurdy was great but I will never call Servpro again."

"Taylor and Luis came to fix a mold issue under our house after a plumbing leak. I called Servpro at 8:00a.m and they were here by 9:45a.m. They were prompt, professional, friendly and most importantly, did an amazing job! When the plumbers returned the next day to continue with the plumbing repairs, they were very complimentary and highly impressed with the job Taylor and Luis had done and said the wood under the house looked brand new again. I highly recommend SERVPRO."

"When we had frozen pipes (Dec 2022 ) and water damage they were great! It occurred at around mid night when our pipes burst and the living room and kitchen were flooded on the 24th of December. We called Servpro and the owner had given his employees the day off but he came out himself with equipment and assisted me in removing the water and getting the dryers going. We were impressed to say the least. In addition to it being the holiday when this all occurred they had equip. and people out immediately after Xmas! Thanks so much for the help in a terrible situation and time! You guys are the best! Hundreds of people had their pipes burst in our are in sub zero temps and despite being busy they sent crews who were timely and professional!"
