"I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with the electronics repair team in Columbia, TN. Although they were courteous in person, their professionalism regarding deadlines and commitments was severely lacking. I initially scheduled an appointment for them to install computer monitors in my home last Wednesday, but they postponed at the last minute to Friday. Come Friday, there was complete silence from their end. I've since made multiple attempts to contact them for an update, but to no avail. There's been no word, no communication, and no indication of when they plan to complete the work. This lack of professionalism and disregard for a customer's time is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed and would not recommend their services based on this experience."

"These guys did an outstanding job of taking care of me. My 5 year old laptop's hardrive crashed and they hooked me up with a new ssd and and upgraded from windows 10 to 11. This thing is now faster then when it was new. I will go back anytime I need a repair and give them a chance first."

"Would not recommend. From out of town, dropped off an onkyo receiver in march 2022. Contacted multiple times, remained patient. Finally picked it up when back in town in November, 2023 and it hadn't been touched. Poor communication, poor follow up, inconsistencies in responses. Ultimately the box I brought was never opened"
