"We had a large fallen tree limb caught in the woods and resting on the power lines. It was on the verge of ripping the lines out. Tyler came out within an hour or two of my call and assessed the situation. The electric company had told me they could not take care of it. Tyler said the electric company should be able to do it for free. He called them personally, made arrangements for them to come out, and saved me money in the process. The electric company did come out, but left the tree on the ground. Within a matter of days, Tyler sent a few of his men to take care of it. They were prompt, very friendly, got the job done in minutes and all at a very reasonable price. My experience with Tree Works was fantastic! If the need arises, I will definitely use them again."
