"Two part review: 1. The Service Specialist Tyler was awesome. (Five stars) His service was exemplary; genuine person, was timely with his responses, excellent in explaining my vehicle issues in laymen terms, and provided multiple solutions. 2. Service Department Management Staff had below average service. (Three stars) The management staff was impossible to reach over the phone. I ended up having to visit in-person after trying to reach them for a week over the phone. When in person, my request was handled in a expedient and thorough manner."
