"1 star for communication with this company. Had a tech that was supposed to diagnostic my car at noon, didn't arrive till 118pm. He diagnosed my car. Paid him $150 and also informed me I should be able to drive car to shop. I moved car and car died on me. I informed the person I'm going to need to have car towed to shop when ready. Someone scheduled the car to get picked up July 7. July 7 arrived. I contacted them for follow-up and heard nothing. So I end up taking car somewhere else. I wasted time and $150. They should have been more considerate like I was considerate to then and better communication"
