"I would be very careful about using this dentist. I had just changed my dental insurance so had a very new evaluation from my previous dentist. This dentist went through my gums and gave me all 5's. Not correct based on my last evaluation. I needed a tooth pulled and a new tooth. He gave me a ridiculous price based on my current insurance. When I said I would not pay, he said he would send me another insurance company to work with to get the price down. Never heard from him. Don't trust him one single ounce. He's out to make as much money as he can."

"I am new to Delta Dental insurance through Covered CA. I called Orchard Dental Care in El Dorado Hills to make an appointment after being assigned to the office by Delta Dental. I was told they would have to check with the dentist to see if he accepted my insurance and they would call me back. They called back and said yes he accepted it and made my appointment. I arrived today and the receptionist said they had called and left me a message to say they don't take my insurance. I just checked my voicemail again and I did not receive any messages. So I drove 45 minutes to my scheduled appointment and they wouldn't see me. My review gives Orchard Dental Care in El Dorado Hills ZERO stars. I had to check one star or I couldn't post this review."
