"I'm all for supportting local business but this place has some of the most outrageous pricing I have ever seen. Very little customer interaction. Most of the time they are standing around talking to each other than helping customers. Won't be buying from this place again."
"I rented a Rug Doctor machine here. I only used it for a day, and the fee was reasonable, better than driving to Salinas. The fee for keeping it an extra day would have been less, a third of the daily cost. The rug doctor did the job. I purchased the ZEP solution here as well for half the price of the Rug doctor solution and more ounces. The last picture is the “before”. For rough stains, I wiped a little more with a cloth and a mixed solution of water and Pine Sol."
"Ive been here multiple time to buy parts and have found what i need. Best example sink valves. Home depot and lowes only carry newer style valves True Value had what i was looking for. Prices can be a bit high versus buying in the city but its conveniemce, either pay it or drive 40 min. to salinas.."
"I have went into this store at least a half a dozen times in the past 2 months and have walked out with nothing. The staff has no knowledge of what they carry and / or they do not have what I'm looking for. Example.... Etching cream (they had no idea what I was asking for) outdoor patio misting system ( they had to Google what it was) I will drive to Soledad or King City before I step foot into this store again. Plus their prices are outrageous."
"Very Poor - A complete lack of 'customer service'. There was no one that greeted me upon my arrival although there were three employee's that I could see upon entrance. Not once did they ask me if they could help me find anything or interact with me in anyway. When I brought my items up to the counter, one of the employee's came over to assist, only she was unable to find my correct customer account. Another came to assist her, and again could not find my business account, so I was unable to purchase my products. She said that only the manager could see my account and that he wouldn't be back until the next day, she'd have him call me, and... he didn't. So, I called back only to find out that he has cancelled our account even though I have a $1,200.00 PO with them current. He said it was due to a 'lack of payment' from back in 2012. I asked for a statement, and he refused. I would never, ever go here again. Complete disregard - A big fat zero for this store."
