It was dismissed without my permission or knowing and said it was due to not being able to reach me when in reality I was calling them weekly and fought to get things filed.He has since refilled my case,it was due to inactivity the courts said. Tell me why in around 5 years there was inactivity. Told me it was worth hundreds of thousands and he would fight for my family and I. I've yet to see a day in court.I'm hoping that we have a day in court soon.I will keep you posted.We have a winning case against a local roofing company so let's hope this time around we get things resolved."
