Ashley Montgomery started my account and even called a week later to check on me and how things were going. That is a true professional. "We walked into First Freedom Bank around 4:25pm on a Friday, they close at 5 pm. It was the only time we could come in to open a checking account for our adult special needs son. We were greeted kindly by the staff and were helped by Jacob Shiarla. Jacob was amazing from beginning until the end of the process. He and his fellow employee answered all our questions. We left a little after closing and was shown great hospitality even as he showed us out the door and said our goodbyes. I would definitely recommend First Freedom Bank. We plan to come open accounts for our other children soon."
