"Now here I found exactly the Redwing boots I had been looking for, waiting on my order to come in soon,sales representative Dan was really helpful and informative, helped me in my selection and I can't wait to drop by to pick my new Redwing boots,Thank you, Michael---- well I have to regretfully say that my previous first stop to order my redwing boots was not very pleasant as this past Saturdays when I stopped by to pick them up,turns out these boots didn't even have insoles in them,I returned and the female employee went to the back of the store and returned with a set of insoles that she cut out of a pair of Irish setters square boots, these were not the original boots insoles which she claims that they were, the toe of theses insoles were cut all uneven! You know I paid over $200.00 for these Irish setter boots!,you'd figure they'd have the original insoles in them,well worst of it all,sales representative Dan an employee there who actually sold me these boots, which happened to be round steel toe,took it upon himself to make some remark about me as I walked out the store with my return for these boots about the rest of my day,well seems very unprofessional comment from anyone who serves the public, and it wasn't a pleasant experience of being heckled in front of the other female employee let alone the Other male customer who was there with his female friend and kids as I walked out of this store ,My experience, first I'll admit into a Redwing boots store,"

I appreciate the approach as he introduced me as a first time Red Wings customer. Took the time to explain the foot scan and the walking template. Honestly a learning experience. I wore my shoes for a full work day and couldn't be happier. The support and comfort was all that was promised. You found a new customer for life."
