"This is the WORST BANK EVER!!! I had been banking with them for over 16 years of my life and they call me one day to tell me my gym membership is trying to come out and since I didn't have enough money in there, they were going to charge me $27 nsa fee, instead of letting me come down there to put $5 in my account. Of course I had bad language over it and apparently they want to make my life hell over it. After 16 years of doing business with them. The PAST year being nothing but problems, account getting hacked, bank card being compromised and it hadn't even been sent to my house yet, and of course the horrible customer service, I decided to move on to a different bank where they actually care about their customers and unlike Maria and Billy sitting there on their high horses acting like they are doing something, when all they are doing is stealing people's money and talking about their LOYAL CUSTOMERS behind their back. The regional manager is a jerk too. He refused to help because I had bad language. Last I checked pretty much everybody would HAVE BAD LANGUAGE about their money if they left u responsible of it, and u wanted to be a jerk and take it or keep someone from using THEIR OWN MONEY. DON'T USE HOME FEDERAL!!!!"

"Amazing local bank. Low turnover of staff means they get to know their customers. Capable of commercial banking as well"

"They lost or the the temp they had training at the time, stole a $500.00 deposit I made at the end of June 2015, I spoke to the Branch Mgr., Billy Mason, regarding this transaction but since I could not locate the deposit slip, he refused to review the tapes for the entire period of time that the temp. was in training, sounding as if I had not actually made a $500 deposit and it was a "figment of my imagination". I am on disability and sold my Cub Cadet Z-turn riding lawnmower just the weekend prior to making the deposit and "it was not a figment of my imagination". I had a sizeable life insurance premium due in August 2015 that I was depending on the $500 deposit being in my checking account so that I would be able to pay the premium. As a result of not being able to pay the premium, the insurance company used the cash value of the policy to pay a portion of the premium, but I lost $25,000 in death benefits as a result as well as the cash value that had accrued, If the bank had just been reasonable and reviewed all the tapes for the period of time that the temp. had been training there, they would have seen that I had made the deposit in question and it was not a "figment of my imagination". After all I knew that it was not any of the usual Tellers that handled the transaction and describe her accurately, since he and his Assistant recognized my description of her. I rarely have reason to go into the bank since my disability check is handled through direct deposit and I even more rarely withdraw money as I have little to withdraw, if any, after I pay my bills each month. I was originally told I did not have to have the deposit slip to prove I made a deposit, but believe me do not depend on this bank to honor that statement!"
