"Poor customer service ordered shoes never heard back from them been 3 weeks now"

"Had a very bad experience here. The lady my mom spoke with earlier in the day was very helpful and nice on the phone, so we decided to go in store to try on the shoes I need for nursing school. The two ladies working when we arrived were not as nice, however. Nobody said anything or even acknowledged us when we got there. They seemed bothered to help us at all. When I mentioned we had called earlier and spoke to someone the response we received was “Well she already clocked out and isn’t here anymore.” After I was brought the shoes I wanted to try, there was no further customer service. Nobody came to ask if they worked out, so I went up front with the shoes to ask if I could try a new size. Instead of acknowledging me, one of the young ladies just stared at me. It seemed like I had to pry them to do anything. After being told over the phone we could order from another store if my color/ size wasn’t in stock, we were told in store they couldn’t order and overall did not seem interested in helping at all."

"Julia was awesome helped me with two new pair of my favorite kicks (Saucony) and some new amazing socks. That I donot want to take off ever!!! (Features) Thank you for the great customer service."

"Great experience. My 1st time in this store. I liked the overall service I got. They dont have a huge selection in colors or sizes. But they will order any style you like. You go to one of these places because they'll tell you what you should be wearing. I had a gift card which took care of most of the cost but I would definitely return mostly for the inserts and gels."
