"I am a grandmother of a Black toddler who sees Dr. Mary Koewn. Last year March 2020, my daughter was fired because Dr. Mary did not fill out the FMLA paperwork for my grandchild in time. With numerous Dr visits and surgeries, Dr. Mary has taken her time submitting referrals for my granddaughter to receive the care she needs. Today 10/25/2021, my daughter's FMLA was denied again because Dr. Mary has ignored the paperwork yet again. My grandchild has Autism this is why she needs a referral. It took us four weeks to complete the referals , and we still need one more referral. The staff handled all this and had no idea what to do. Dr. Mary overstepped her boundaries, referring ABA that did not have all the services my grandbaby needed. Dr. Mary is good at healthcare but horrible in bedside manners. She is prejudiced and biased."
