"This review is strictly on Brock, the ball headed, buff guy that thinks he’s the hulk; I’ve been told he’s the manager, if so, I hope corporate does something about his attitude. Right after Christmas I had some things to return, 3 items to be exact. I had them all boxed up but didn’t have tape, when I got to the front of the extremely long line that was lined up out the door, I met Brock. Wasn’t met with any form of a hello or even eye contact. Here’s how my interaction with him played out: Me: “I’ve got a few things to return but I didn’t have any tape” Brock: “like I haven’t heard that 90 times today” Me: “didn’t think it was a problem, I’ll buy it if I need to” Brock: *grabs his tape gun with saying anything* He then grabs my return label that had the Amazon logo and name on it… Brock: “do you see this name here? Amazon? You probably buy alot from them, next time your on the app, put some tape in your cart and you can use your own tape” Me: *in shock he was so mad about a piece of tape* “yeah, I guess I could if I wanted to, huh?” I decided to just let it go and get out of there. He handed me my return receipt and didn’t say a word…. Me: “is that all I need?” Brock: *looking at his computer and never at me* “Yep” Me: “whatever, have a nice day”"

"Had to ship a large valuable package internationally, and the staff here were not only friendly and professional, they really took the time to track down all information to make sure my package was properly processed and handled. The package just arrived with my international client, very quickly, and in great shape. Made an otherwise stressful situation easy for me and I appreciate this store and its staff! I made the line long with my complicated shipment, but the other staff members there worked quickly and professionally to keep the line moving while I was there."

"I went to the ups store to return a very large package that I bought from Amazon and was delivered by UPS, the package was severely damaged. I went into the store to let the staff know that the package was damaged and had parts falling out, before I brought it into the store. I asked if they had some tape that I could tape up the box. A tall, bald, arrogunt clerk, barley let me finish my story when he stated that if the box was damaged that he would charge me to repack it. I explained that it was an amazon return (free Shipping), he interrupted again, " he didn't care he would charge me to repack the box . I asked if I could borrow some tape and that I would tape up the box. He replied "NO You can buy some tape" What kind of customer service is this? This idiot has no business' working with the public. I was so shocked that unfortunately I lost my temper and uttered a few choice words, I bought the tape when a very nice lady came from the back of the store and helped me. she told me if you need help let me know and I will get my tape gun and come out to help you. I have been a business owner for over 30 years, we bend over backwards for help our customers, we go way out of our way to make the customers day better. Maybe some additional customer service training would help for this individual. The rest of the staff was great."
