"First-time customer review. Took the 630p class. I learned self-defense if being attacked from the front or back. The instructor is very knowledgeable and takes her time which is what love, being a beginner. This a judge-free zone. She also teaches kids and does private lessons. I will be going back for more lessons. Highly recommend."

"I cannot say enough good things about this establishment and it's owner! I met Hiroko through work, and instantly fell in love! She told me about her school and its mission and her passion about it drew me to want to give it a try! I have 2 boys, ages 3&4, we attended a family class, at first I felt like it was not going well , the 3yr old was not listening, running around uncontrollably and 4 yr old was hiding in the corner to shy to participate. Hiroko was very patient, took the time to learn both boys and really catered to what they needed. She figured out my 3yr old and was able to grab his attention and he was hanging on every word! Her girls included my 4 yr old in every activity and he slowly came out of shell and then I couldn't get him to leave. They still talk about how much fun they had and I want to shout my praises from the rooftops!! Oh, and I also learned alot in the midst of the chaos!! Hiroko is an incredible coach and I recommend for the whole family! 10/5 stars!"

"Always Professional and skilled at her craft! We are very pleased with the junior class for our kid. If you are looking for a family friendly environment for your littles that instills confidence and self discipline this is the place to come. Our kid loves coming here and making friends! I had a chance to take an adult self defense course. Very practical and was tailored to fit my physical needs. I can’t wait to continue these classes. I’m so glad there is a Kempo class here in Middle TN for our growing community!!!"
