"I always go to this UPS location because I like it, even though I have to drive from Memphis. However, my visit yesterday was unpleasant. When I entered the establishment, the employees were discussing a guy in a beat-up car and some red bottoms, but no one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I went to the kiosk machine, which was new to me, and the conversation continued, still without any acknowledgment from the employees. I needed help because there were no poly bags to put my return items in. I wanted to make sure I did everything right to get my refund. So, I turned around and greeted the employees, but they didn't seem interested in helping. Finally, a lady came to help me, but she was very slow-moving and acted like I should have known how to work the machine. She spoke to me like I was incompetent. I greeted her again and asked how she was doing, but she replied with a simple "okay." As the customer, I felt like she should have put in more effort to help me, especially since the machine didn't have any poly bags. I don't know her name, because I was quite upset. Sad because I always come to this location, never endured something like this until yesterday. I won't be going back to this location anymore, as it's not worth the long drive from Memphis to Mississippi to endure such negative vibes."

"I came in the store & the line had quite a few people so I figured it would take a while but NO ! Nicole literally got like 5 people in & out within the very few minutes I was in there ! I was so shocked & her customer service is top notch ! She is very polite & so efficient !"
"If you're going here to print something. Don't! Go to FedEx Kinkos instead and save yourself a headache. Spent 45 minutes here to get one page printed off. Still wasn't able to get it. I ended up going to Kinkos and was out in 2 minutes. I'll continue to use UPS for all my shipping needs. Great customer service in all other departments."
"The service here is Top Notch! The manager, Nicole, moved behind the counter with ease. She helped several customers with a happy demeanor and information when asked. Good service is why I will keep coming back! Thank you UPS Store staff!!!"
