"I come here often to drop off packages with preprinted shipping labels and they are always super friendly and move quick. They give you a personable experience while getting any lines out quick. Even when all computers were busy, they saw mine was a preprinted label and walked from behind the counter to scan my package so I didn’t have to wait too long. I always see all workers trying to help out however they can."

"This ups store location is unfortunately one of the only ones near us. We use them for a mail service for a business (for 12 years we have been paying them) but we also do personal shipping, Amazon returns here because…well… there’s not a lot of options.The employees are rude, condescending and less than helpful most days. They act like it is a burden to them for being there and asking to ship a package. That is the vibe every time I am there. They loathe Amazon returns it seems. I came to the store one afternoon around 3pm to return a larger Amazon item. They said I had to box it up to ship back. I didn’t have a box. I brought it in the way it was left on my porch. It would be approx $19 or I could go get a box. So I was a bit frustrated it was 10 degrees with snow and ice everywhere but I amicably left to get a box and came back right at 4:00 I was running to the door. They also close at 4pm. I get that I was cutting it close but there were still 4 people in the store; and they refused to let me back in knowing I was just there and drove all the way home to get a box. Customer service grade is an F!"
