"This rating is not for their dentistry work but for their customer service. Trying to get an appointment here as a new patient is virtually impossible. I have written them emails, called them several times, and I have never heard back. I was able to make an appointment one time that I needed to cancel and asked to reschedule, and they never called me back. I’m not impressed. And I know dental offices well, my father was a dentist and I worked in his office as office manager for years. Sadly, I will not be able to go here even though several people and friends of mine have recommended Dr. Luo. Time to find another option."

"Have you NOT gone to the dentist because of worry of the bill? Yes, me too and I've been fortunate to have insurance for more than 20 years. Either this office has integrity and does fair pricing or the dentistry industry is ripping us all off! It's like the towing business, the costs are varied you can't get a baseline. I've had dentists in La Jolla, Eastlake, Poway, Bonita Southeast, Downtown and this is the first time I did not have financial anxiety. I was cared for like an individual patient without being rushed. Even the honesty of the dentist to say, "I'm not sure but we can figure it out." Integrity is priceless. I enjoy paying. I know it's an oxymoron. I have no stress when the lady comes in to talk about costs. Except when I was referred for implants. Here are reasons to patron this dentist: Kid responsive and adult responsive. Scaredy cat responsive or even if you are brave. Immaculate environment, no, not all dentists offices are. This includes clean walls, baseboards and highly sanitized environment. Your appointment time, is your appointment time. There will never be an assembly line of patients. Highly knowledge dentists without arrogance. The practice believes in dentistry health not just random ideas to pilfer your money. Reputable and established practice beyond Imperial Beach residents. Office staff is personable and professional. I even get extra cleanings each year beyond the insurance because the costs are fair. You will be blessed with healthy gums and teeth if you decide to be a patient here. Located on the southern end of Imperial Beach. Parking is plentiful. Several fast food eateries on Imperial Beach Blvd to stop and eat before your dentist treatment."

"This place is so great!!! I used to go here about 2 years ago but due to my work i moved far and I missed the people here. They are so welcoming and just seemed so happy all the time. It's a very friendly environment. All the other places I've been in don't even come to par as far as how friendly the staff here are.
