"Decent carrier but often drops wrong pallets off to wrong place then takes days to come pick back up. If it were my pallet dropped off at wrong location and it took 3-4 days to go back and get after multiple calls I'd be pissed!"

"While I’m uncertain whether my issue was related to AAA Cooper or Home Depot, the customer service from Jerry at AAA Cooper was less than stellar. I was leaving my home and saw the driver getting ready to unload 5 pallets of flooring in my driveway/along the side of the road. He asked if this was ok and I assured him it was not, to which he indicated he didn’t think so. He asked that l call the office, which I did. Jerry was condescending and rude and shared this was Home Depot’s problem, not his. Not his problem if the flooring got ruined, stollen, blocked my driveway, etc. When I shared I paid for delivery to my door, he told me I was wrong. His manager finally agreed to stop the delivery. Maybe this was a Home Depot issue, but a little kindness and courtesy would have been appreciated. I gave 2 stars only because the driver demonstrated these characteristics that were totally lacking in the office."

"If your a driver delivering a load here dont bother coming,before 1pm. I was told by broker they open for delivery 8am to 4pm got here 730 am. Just to be told to leave and come back at 1pm for unload. People in the office dont care you come in they look around and at you but ignore you small yard but plenty of room and if you block their trucks they will tell you to go circle around it happens alot."

"Hopefully this company goes out of business sooner than later. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, etc. My incident was related to delivery of a product ordered through Home Depot. I had interactions with a driver, office dispatch, and manager. Manager (Scott) was the most helpful of the three, but the issue was never resolved. I was given excuses and lied t on multiple phone calls. Hopefully Home Depot kills their contract with this company. First of all, I received an email notification stating my item was on truck for delivery about 5 different times on various days, and the item wasn't delivered. On the last day it was supposed to be delivered, the driver called me and more or less demanded that I meet him in a nearby town to pick up my item off his trailer. ( I pd. for curbside deliver). I was at work at the time and couldn't simply leave to meet up (20+ miles away). A few hours later I get an email from Home Depot stating the order has been cancelled. I call Home Depot, they tell me that AAA Cooper stated that I refused acceptance of the item - 100% FALSE!! In my opinion the driver wanted to get rid of my item and this was his quick way out of the situation. I have attempted to call back the driver multiple times, left him messages, he won't take my calls. This is a shady business that belongs in Chicago or New Jersey but not in Tennessee. Just look at other recent reviews on Google and you will see this is not an isolated issue but a problematic trend - many unsatisfied clients"
