"I picked him out of a list of 300 Dentists in my network within 5 miles of my home. I knew he has been in same location for 30+ years. Linda, the Office Mgr took my call at 5:05PM, was most helpful with insurance, and scheduled me for next day extraction of a major painful toothache. I was promptly seen when I arrived a filled out new patient forms. Dr. Baldwin had the best patient skills I could imagine. Took an X-ray, reviewed my insurance options available, and fully discussed with me options, possible outcomes, and costs. Treatment skills were top-notch - knew how to completely numb the tooth for extraction, and how to minimize initial injection pain.
